Lisia is Hoenn's number one contest idol along with her Altaria, Ali. She has a natural knack for contests and is also a hard worker—something her fans adore her for.
She has aqua eyes and aqua hair. She wears cotton arm warmers, an overskirt with white shorts underneath, a single striped thighhigh, and blue boots.
