Character from Shinrabanshou, introduced in the very first chapter in 2005 as a ninja master of the Holy Dragon Tribe and ally of the main character, Saiga. By blood, she and her brother Setsuna are half Holy Dragon and half Beast Fang Tribe. Kuon reappears in the second and third chapters, in the latter as a masked hero only identified as "Ninetail K".
