The main character of the Kamen America comic series and leader of the Kamen Corps. Her real name is Charlotte "Carly" Vanders. She was struck by parts of a space probe carrying chimeraton particles, giving her lightning powers and the ability to fly while transformed into her superhero form. An aspiring fashionista, Carly uses her powers to fight monsters as well as to promote her fashion brand.
