A main character of the series Excel Saga. He has yellow eyes with slit-like pupils, and long silver hair.
Ilpalazzo is the mysterious leader of the organization ACROSS and plans on conquering the world through it. He directly issues missions to his agents Excel, Hyatt, and Elgala, but usually leaves out the details of these missions. While Excel, Hyatt, and Elgala are the only real agents shown under his command, the full size and extent of his organization is unknown. At minimum his organization holds a vast amount of financial and technological power.
Ilpalazzo's archenemy is Dr. Kabapu, the head of the City Environmental Security Administration. Dr. Kabapu tries to do everything in his power to prevent Ilpalazzo from achieving world conquest.
