She is based on the Godolphin Barb (or Arabian), one of the foundation sires of the Thoroughbred breed of horses. Her blue theme is likely based on the real Godolphin stable's royal blue racing silks. Through Matchem, he is the sire-line ancestor of about 1% of all Thoroughbreds. Even of all that, the overwhelming majority of living descendants are through Man O' War. In the context of Umamusume, he only has Calstone Light O as a real-life descendant. Otherwise, Oguri Cap would come the closest as the real horse's damsire (Silver Shark) is also of that sire-line.
