An evil Ultraman, as well as the main antagonist of Ultraman Trigger: Episode Z. His human host is Tokioka Ryuichi/Zabil.

Much like how Ultraman Trigger is based on Tiga, he is based on Evil Tiga from Ultraman Tiga.
