Doll in the Barbie franchise introduced as one of Barbie's younger sisters in 1995. She's portrayed as a child of about 7 years old, though she was originally introduced as being a toddler. She was originally marketed as Kelly in the United States and Shelly in the UK, with her name being changed to Chelsea in 2011 so the doll could be marketed under the same name in both markets.
