An upper-body garment with a single loose flap of cloth that hangs over the breasts, resembling a very short tabard. They are unsecured against being lifted to reveal the breasts, but they may be weighted to prevent unintentional exposure.
If the cloth is split into separate strips for each breast, use breast curtains instead.
