A fictional character from the Gundam universe. He first appeared in the Zeta Gundam anime TV series from 1985.
Blex Forer is the military veteran leader of the Anti Earth Union Group (or more correctly translated, the Anti United Earth Government Group), who travels aboard the Argama during its initial tour of duty.
A serious, intelligent and calm looking, bearded blonde haired man. Formerly a high-ranking officer in the Earth Federation Space Forces, Blex was outraged by the atrocities of the Titans, and used his political and business connections with Anaheim Electronics to organize a very well armed, well supplied and well equipped resistance group.
Well-acquainted with his enemies Bask Om and Jamitov Hymen, Blex plots his counter-strategies against them with the calm intelligence of a veteran chess player. However, he is betrayed and shot by a Titans operative during a peace summit in the city of Dakar and dies in the arms of Quattro Bajeena, telling him to become the new leader of the AEUG, but as Char Aznable, the legendary "Red Comet" from Zeon.
