Ramuda is a fashion designer and the owner of the brand Empty Candy (formerly owned by Hanabi Maijou). A former member of Kujaku Posse and The Dirty Dawg, as well as the current leader of Fling Posse.
He is popular with women due to his cute and bubbly personality and he refers to all women as "Onee-san" regardless of age. While his everyday demeanor appears very childish and innocent, he is an enigmatic figure with a calculating and callous true nature. He is a clone that Amayado Rei helped to develop and a secret collaborator with the Party of Words. He has trouble expressing his true feelings, but with the help of his close friends, he's learning to be his genuine self.
