Doppo is a member of Matenro and an ordinary salaryman who works for a medical equipment manufacturer.
His work environment is harsh and he is made to perform enormous amounts of work while facing harassment from his manager. He’s constantly pressed for work, always doing overtime and working on holidays. This, combined with his extremely negative personality, causes him to build up stress easily, so when he reaches his limit, his negative emotions burst out all at once. He shares an apartment with Izanami Hifumi, his childhood friend since elementary school and his only friend prior to the events of the story.
