Fukase is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by the YAMAHA Corporation, and was released for the VOCALOID4 engine.

He is voiced by Fukase Satoshi, the lead singer of the Japanese band, SEKAI NO OWARI. His finalized appearance was illustrated by contest winner, mikuma. He has red hair, red eyes, and pale skin. He wears a top hat, asymmetrical coat, shorts, pantyhose, and boots. He carries a cane and wears a bandaid on his nose.
