Nelson's outfit consist a microdress military uniform and red military jacket with epaulettes on each shoulders.
Her physical appearance includes red eyes, absurdly long blonde hair with black ribbon tied into twintails with twin drills in the end, along with red thighhighs with rudder footwear and also her sizable chest showing her cleavage.
She is also a tsundere to the Commander.
