Misty, known as Kasumi (カスミ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Red and Green.
The Cerulean City gym leader, known as the Tomboyish Mermaid, she specializes in Water-types. Her signature Pokémon are Starmie and Articuno.
Her look varies across the series. In her most iconic outfit from the classic anime, she has short spiky orange hair tied in a side ponytail and wears a yellow cropped tank top and short shorts with suspenders. In the games, she usually wears swimwear, such as a blue sports bikini in FireRed and LeafGreen and a white one-piece swimsuit with a white jacket in HeartGold and SoulSilver. In her Let's Go Pikachu! and Let's Go Eevee! outfit, she wears an orange bandeau, a blue and white shirt, grey denim shorts, and red, blue and white sneakers.
Her eye color varies from aqua to green or blue.
