A character with a male body and usually masculine appearance but appears to have female breasts. For feminine characters with breasts and male genitalia, use futa without pussy and newhalf tags instead.
Although many of the pixiv tags are used liberally and interchangeably to describe this state, do not confuse these with large pectorals, manboobs (adipomastia), gynecomastia (breast tissue developing specifically due to a hormonal imbalance), or puffy chest - the anatomy should be that of a woman and impossible for real men.
