Mamezuku is a toned male of above-average height with a bright flattop haircut that fades into dark twin braids behind his head. He wears a jumpsuit with a vine and peapod pattern over a light-colored shirt and a necktie, as well as a ushanka with seven small balls resembling a bunch of grapes on the front of the hat. In his first appearance, in a photo, he had freckles on his nose and two more braids hanging behind his back.
Mamezuku's left hand is missing four fingers due to Brain Storm infecting his hand.
