The main antagonist of the eighth part of the Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken series, JoJolion.

Toru wields the automatic Stand Wonder of U, which causes anyone attempting to pursue either itself or Toru to suffer a calamity.

He is recognizable by his teddy bears on his sleeves, and the swirly symbols on his shirt and afro.
