Lockon Stratos refers to a shared identity of the Dylandy brothers Lyle and Neil. Both first appear in Gundam 00.
As the first Lockon Stratos, Neil is a member of Celestial Being and Meister to Gundam Dynames. He is the eldest pilot of the Gundam Meisters.
After Neil's death at the end of Season 1, his brother Lyle continues his legacy as the next Lockon Stratos. Prior to joining Celestial Being, Lyle is identified as a member of the anti-Federation group Katharon.
