Typically drawn as one or more (but most commonly, a full set) of metal bands or rings on a person's fingers. Puppet strings are often attached to these rings, but not always directly or visibly.
These may also appear as or in conjunction withfingerless gloves (post #1127458, for example), but still qualify for this tag.
