A Touhou character mentioned only in the lore. Lord Tenma's gender, appearance, and personality are completely unknown, so all images are speculative. Fan interpretations generally depict Lord Tenma as a crow tengu of either gender, usually female.
The only thing known is that (s)he lives on Youkai Mountain and is the boss of all tengu, including the Daitengu (management), Karasu Tengu (information), Hanataka Tengu (office), Hakurou Tengu (defense), and Yamabushi Tengu (printing).
