The second Newtype use mobile suit of the Gundam GQuuuuuuX line developed by Zeonfrom technology tested in the Red Gundam and the GQuuuuuuX. It can be remotely operated by the Newtype pilot and is equipped with poweful beam weapons and funnels.
The GFred has purple and green colors like those of the popular EVA 01 from Evangelion. Its name is pronounced "gee-FRED", after the computer science metasyntactic variable fred.
