A car wash is a location where there are either equipment or attendants in which you can exchange money to wash your car. Should be identifiable either with a dedicated facility with equipment for washing a car in the case of an automatic car wash and a self-serve car wash, or signage advertising car wash service in the case of a hand car wash. Facilities may come in the shape of a long garage-shaped building in the case of an automated car wash, or a gas station-esque space with several bays featuring hand equipment for self-serve.
Types
Automatic Car Wash: A car wash with automated spinning brushes and/or sprayers wash a car. The car may move by means of a conveyor or the equipment might move along the car by rail.
Self-Serve Car Wash: A facility with several covered bays where a person can bring their car and pay to use a sprayer wand and other equipment, frequently coin-operated.
Hand Car Wash: A facility or event, frequently fundraiser, where a person can bring their car and pay people using usually simple equipment, such as hose, bucket, and sponge, to wash their car.
