She is a Japanese/Korean/Taiwan server-only starter ship, being replaced by Z23 in the English and Mainland Chinese servers. She is claimable after obtaining the other three starters.
Her rigging consists of a single 12.7 cm twin gun mount Type B to her left, a funnel-mast backpack on her back, a searchlight strapped to her belt on the left, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes. Upon retrofit, her searchlight and gun mount are remounted to the funnel backpack.
