Brendan, known as Yuuki (ユウキ) in Japan, is the male player character in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
His goal is to be like his dad, Norman—a Gym Leader he really looks up to. He is a bit mischievous, but he is serious about Pokémon battles.
In his ORAS outfit, he has grey eyes and short hair. He wears a white hat, a tight short-sleeve turtleneck shirt with a zipper pull, a bracelet, black pants, white and green sneakers, and a green backpack.
His Pokemon Adventures counterpart is Ruby who has red eyes, sometimes wears glasses and hides claw-shaped scars on his forehead under his hat.
