An original female admiral created by Pekeko (Pepekekeko).

She has black hair in twin braids worn over her shoulders, while her blunt bangs are framed by chin-length sidelocks. Her eyes are constant jitome. She is dressed in naval uniform that includes an uncommon coat with lapels displaying her collared shirt and necktie underneath; black pantyhose under shorts; and a peaked cap.

Notable for her love-hate relationship with Inazuma and habit of wasting all her resources on R&D.
