When the fabric of pantyhose is pinched or hooked by someone or something such that nearby material is pulled away from the skin and is no longer in contact with it.
Confusingly, not the same thing as pantyhose pull or pantyhose lift. Pantyhose pull is when pantyhose have been or are being pulled down the legs so they are halfway removed. Pantyhose lift is for when they are being lifted up the legs (e.g. being put on).
