Kris, known as Crys (クリス) in Japan, is a character introduced in PokémonCrystal. She is the first female playable character in the series.
Utilizing her deep knowledge of Pokémon on her journey, she looks out for all Pokémon and treats them with love. She is known for her kind personality.
Her Pokemon Adventures counterpart is named Crystal and is one of the main protagonists in the GSC chapter and the HGSS chapter. She is distinguished from her game counterpart by her star earrings and sometimes wearing a lab coat. In the HGSS chapter she wears Lyra's clothes, distinguished by her blue hair.
