I think this artist looked up Gunha on the wiki and mistook Gemstone for his english nickname.
Actually, he's using their titles (Accelerator, Railgun, etc.), but since we don't know Sogiita's actual title (and since Sogiita himself sucks at explaining exactly what he's even doing when he uses his powers), Gemstone is about the closest thing to a title he could write there.
