Madoka posts tend to be significantly lower in quality than most other tags on here, even Touhou.

Considering the staggering proportion of Touhou images out of all Danbooru images (nearly 25%), I wouldn't say Touhou images are low in quality in general. But not the same with Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Not to say this artist (rifyu) draws this bad for any copyright s/he works on.

It does exist,I've imported some.
Though,it is actaully a make in china product.

...I quite like the style. Just because it is simple and rough, doesn't make it bad.
