Koa looks like shes about to bawl her eyes out. Also I think Remilla was calling out to Sakuya, not Koa, but Koa just responded out of sheet guilt.

Also you gotta appreciate Sakuyas angry face in that last panel. Pretty amazing.

Koa probably deserves this torment, but I feel kinda bad for her. She obviously never ment for it to go this far. I hope it gets resolved soon, and all ends well, for both Koa's and Patchouli's sake.

I also think that Sakuya knows something, and that Remi at least suspects Koa. Perhaps Koa is hoping that Sakuya brings it up, and that Sakuya knows this and is refraining from it to torment Koa. Ah, I love this comic.
