No, Shou's a baby in the normal timeline. It's Byakuren who's the mother in that one, and probably this one as well.

But if this is "reverse" (and note, all the other kids in the strip except for Rumia are known adults in the normal timeline), wouldn't Shou be the adult normally?

Come to think of it, does this mean Rumia is an adult normally too? And Parsee/ the Akis as kids?

Not just you. Probably either force of habit from all the jealousy, or this wasn't her first choice of career. If she's the narrator, though, it seems to be okay with her.
