With the hundreds of variants on vampire myths, I doubt it.
From what I gathered, the touhou vampires Get the legendary strength, and the bat shape shift As well as a weakness to sun (seems to cause no more then a mild annoyance. Flan seems unbothered, and Remilia just seems to dislike it, not actually effected by it), garlic (never proven, but Remilia did say she was frail with a lot of weaknesses, and since she isnt weak to silver or crosses, I'd bet garlic.) Though I also doubt they're weak to 'water'. That seems silly. maybe holy water (salt water) though.

It's moving water that vampires are weak against, and this does in fact apply to the Scarlet sisters. Remember why Flandre couldn't leave the mansion in EoSD's extra stage?

Er. no, actually. Must not haven been mentioned in the character I played as. I just figured Marisa/Reimu just so happened to be there in a timely manner.
yoshika was explicitly meant to be a lei-lei expy. zun knew that'd be too easy, so she got turned into zombie meiling. i'm sure he knows about the vampire name changes even. if he doesn't write or authorize some sort of meiling/yoshika story, a very large group of people are going to be very surprised.
