Damn, Meilin- I thought they'd be using unmanned vehicles, never expected a tank.

Follow-up report:

Two Type 74 tanks arrived in Fukushima Prefecture on March 21. However, Tokyo Electric Power realized that the temporary cables and pipes they laid down might be damaged by a tank weighing 38 tons, so the JSDF alerted them, and until they returned to their base on May 3, they were not used even once.
