My guess is that the two leftmost ones are Soundwave and Frenzy. The guy with the red eyes and the gunholsters is Barricade, from what I can see from other pics by the same artist

Nah, from what I could tell from the artist's gallery, the blonde dude is Starscream.

The guy with the gunholsters, white hair, black and red eyes is Barricade, and that is confirmed by the artist.

As for the other, the other two could be Blackout, Brawl or Bonecrusher as the artist is going for the movie characters.

I'm guessing all this from the artists' gallery but I cannot confirm anything as I can't read japanese.

I can at least recognize the Katakana characters listed on pixiv.

I believe it reads as such: From the left, Onpa(Japanese for Soundwave), Furenjii(Frenzy), Sutasuku(Starscream likely), Megayo(Megatron probably), Bura(Brawl), Bari(Barricade?), Sankura(I honestly have no idea what this one means, maybe the san somehow means Bone, and kura may be short for crusher, so maybe Bonecrusher.)
If it does in fact draw from the movie cast then all Decepticons from the first movie are accounted for except for Blackout and Scorponok, though Soundwave wasn't even in the first movie, so that logic is already broken. :/

I added tags for Brawl and Bonecrusher, but Bonecrusher's link turned up blue, and also doesn't seem to be linked to anything else. If anyone knows how to fix that feel free, or remove it since I'm not sure on his name anyway.

"Sankura" = "Sandā kurakkā", or Thundercracker. I'm not 100% on this, but fits way better. Tagged accordingly.

On a not entirely unrelated note, I have to say the artist captured the spirit of movies' diverse and iconic designs perfectly. Spot on.

They all would fit in its universe.

Blitzwing is the one on the far left because he has the same red visor in the G1 series and also because this pic has him with what looks like wing kibble on his back which Soundwave doesn't have. Now IMO Soundwave looks really cool as the guy with glasses on the right of Megatron.
