In japanese, "Who am I" and "Where is this" is "わたしはだれ" and "ここはどこ", respectively. In this case, Remilia had changed the questioning phrase around. However, japanese has a specific object/location questioning phrase, and translating it directly would not show the joke that Patchy had worsened Remilia's amnesia (Which would've been "Where am I" and "Who is here", respectively).
