As far as I know, there hasn't been any material that says or shows that she has wings. I don't even think that ZUN specifies what kind of tengu she is.

Don't just look at the top half of the page. It's in her Official Profile. Not to mention, according to PMiSS, tengu information division are crow, wolves like Momiji are defense, etc.

I see. Well, good to know. I had been wondering what kind of tengu she was, it seemed weird to me that she'd just be a "tengu" while Aya and Momiji were classified under crow and wolf.

Speaking of what birds are missing, all but Mystia are missing their wings.
