I think it means nosebleeds galore require continuous trips to the hospitals for blood transfusions/donations, so making a hospital there would be incredibly profitable.

Perhaps they mean *mental* hospitals?

This is one of Japanese equivalents of "what" tag.

1) 作者は病気 (The artist has a (mental) disease)
2) 作者は末期 (The artist is an end-stage patient)
3) 作者は手遅れ (The artist is beyond cure)
4) 病院が来い (A hospital should go to see the artist)
5) 病院持って来い (We should take a hospital to the artist)
6) ここに病院を建てよう (We'll build a hospital here)
7) 病院逃げて (The hospital must run away from the artist)
8) 現代医学の敗北 (Modern medicine failed the artist)

I think that is Madotsuki from Yume Nikki...
