I think it's a Bleach AMV reference. To whit, this song was done for a Bleach AMV before being used for Touhou. I could be remembering things wrong though.

Searching for the Japanese version of the song title plus "Yoeko" on YouTube yields about a dozen remakes of this thing to all kinds of series - Bleach, Vocaloid, you name it. I no longer have any idea which one is the original.

And none of them had lyric translations.

Why do I remember this voice but don't know who is the artist...
