Honestly, by all accounts this is an absolute disaster. This will in effect turn him into a martyr for his base and with Project 2025 looming and Biden going senile and refusing to step down, things arent looking too good for the future.

Considering it was a rally, odds are there were dozens of cameramen there. It's not surprising that at least one would nab the coldest picture.

We're in 2024. I'd imagine the gear and tech they have access to is not something you'll ever find on the street. The camera was just rolling a video picture and then they went through the footage frame by frame and used state of the art software and techniques to make it look best way possible.
