I thought she was the fastest... but I feared she'll get hit if she didn't see her coming.

Tenshi connects with Byakuren, speed and technique meets immovable object!

My bet: Byakuren shifted most of her 'power' into 'speed', so this hit isn't going to do much to Tenshi.

Byakuren hits the same as she would before she released her power. Strength has been channeled into speed but she will cause the same amount of damage due to momentum.

The speed of the connecting object IS its power, silly! A body slam like this would do some serious damage.

I won't be that fast to dismiss a celestial's fortitude. She will be the immovable mountain/peach.

Still, that means she cannot swap out, since Okuu will not be able to endure such damage.

Am I the only one hearing pinball noises?

This is not necessarily true. "KE=½mv²", so the faster an object is moving the more kinetic energy it has. We don't know what Byakuren's weight is, but the speed she's moving at, it would only have very little effect if she weighed 5 grams.

Needless to say, Tenshi's going to feel this one.

For some reason Fuu-Rin-Ka-Zan BGM is ringing in my head...

Going this fast is indeed dangerous, not only to Tenshi but to Byakuren too since you don't want to trip while running this fast - well its highly unlikely for Byakuren but somehow I'm imagining a ditzy Byakuren going "Kyaa!"

I'd like to bring up something. Notice we can not see Tenshi's arms in the final panel. this could mean nothing...or it could mean the classic sitaution, if they're too fast, catch em when they hit you. with how strong of a defense tenshi has, I could see her surviving and throwing a powerful counter next comic.

And then ZUN & Tasofro give Byakuren "Skanda's Legs" that uses the similar movement in 2013's Touhou 13.5 Shinkirou ~ Hopeless Masquerade.
