Byakuren hits the same as she would before she released her power. Strength has been channeled into speed but she will cause the same amount of damage due to momentum.
KendraKirai said: My bet: Byakuren shifted most of her 'power' into 'speed', so this hit isn't going to do much to Tenshi.
This is not necessarily true. "KE=½mv²", so the faster an object is moving the more kinetic energy it has. We don't know what Byakuren's weight is, but the speed she's moving at, it would only have very little effect if she weighed 5 grams.
Byakuren moving fast> NINJA fast> Bang Shishigami> Fuu-Rin-Ka-Zan> BANG BANG BANG BANG!
... brb playing BlazBlue.
For some reason Fuu-Rin-Ka-Zan BGM is ringing in my head...
Going this fast is indeed dangerous, not only to Tenshi but to Byakuren too since you don't want to trip while running this fast - well its highly unlikely for Byakuren but somehow I'm imagining a ditzy Byakuren going "Kyaa!"
I'd like to bring up something. Notice we can not see Tenshi's arms in the final panel. this could mean nothing...or it could mean the classic sitaution, if they're too fast, catch em when they hit you. with how strong of a defense tenshi has, I could see her surviving and throwing a powerful counter next comic. thoughts?

WaaaaahT-This is...!!Episode 594: Go with a BangFrom the Artist's Pixiv page. The fist that cuts the airThis is really bad.WaaaahShe's using the coverage of the ring.WaaaaaahIt gives the illusion of her being even faster than she really is.If only......I can hit her...!!And a lariat!!Such speed!!It is intense enough to shake the shrine maiden's Fantasy Seal!!It is different from the vampire who flew across the arena.
FlandreTenshi is swinging around, but to no avail!!This is undoubtedly a killer* wind!!* Tsujigiri (辻斬り) refers to an act of killing passerby to test a new sword. Since it is a term for feudal Japan, I opt for "killer" instead.
