I wouldn't call it cosplay. That's not Sanya's clothes, she's simply wearing the Orussian Army's military uniform.

Also she doesn't have sanya's skirt, so I'm taking the cosplay tag out by the messages of the posters so far
add it in again if it indeed is a cosplay of sanya
