Actually, I have a bit of a rant.

I have not read the books, nor have I seen the entire series, so I don't currently know the actual outcome. That said, this whole "Kill the Princess or she'll destroy the world" sounds more like it would be "Kill the Princess or she'll destroy the Mauser religon and take away the power we priests and such have over the people."

But that's just me...however the series ends.
