You may say that, but Quagsire absolutely KILLS Jasmine. And being immune to electric attacks and absorbing water attacks helps.

I will not deny the appeal of Swampert, however.

Interestingly, in Soul Silver (where you can walk around with your first party Pokemon) it doesn't get mad if you're walking in the grass. Neither does Onix.

Ground, rock, and fire types angry when you jog along the water near the beaches though.

It's supposed to. Quagsire typing and move list makes it a bane to Jasmine's array (even in HG/SS).

But in a straight-up match, Quagsire will usually lose to Swampert.
