At the very least, use the "Add commentary" function to point towards the artist instead.

Maybe, but you tagging, comment and form post history says otherwise. You're married to it. You seem to enforce some perfectionist standards on the others. I didn't nothing wrong, added 20+ tags as it's required, added source, fetched comment and artist and audio artist (you added VA, but you forgot to tag @Shuubaru and @Cerbskies), but you still seem to not be happy. I try to contribute to the site and you do everything to rain on my parade. Interestingly, nobody else complains about my posts, just always YOU and only YOU.

So increase video size accepted and stop being annoyed ? Do yo want me to compromise quality over source demands on your end ?

P.S You are on this website 1016 days and did 10743 commentary changes which, on average, gives 10,5 per day. Looks like part time job to me.

Let me first of all mention that your work to the 3d tag are nothing else but substantial. Your dedication to the cute girls of dead_or_alive and final_fantasy are exemplary and covers a wide range of artists that all specialize in different subjects. Hair, Posing, Fluid ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), Camerawork. there is always something special. Whenever I see a quality 3d upload in the feed, I've almost come to expect to see your name attached to it. Thank you for that and your contributions.

That said, besides an easily to search wank bank catalog of artistic works, Danbooru is also a database and one of its foundations is sourcing. Not only so that artists get their well deserved fame and recognition, but also to prevent technical problems like duplicates and conflicts.

This isn't @punished_K being unreasonable or a dick, this is the mission statement of Danbooru. To serve as an trustworthy and reliable archive of art. A repository of knowledge, along with as much relevant information as possible. So if decennia into the future, Twitter has been nuked from orbit, we are at the brink of World War III, and civilization as we know is about to cease to exist; If someone still has a copy of Danbooru, and wants to look at this video of yukino_(doa) then they still can do so thanks to the work that you, me, and everyone here has done today.

And something of that nature unfortunately went wrong on this post. The signs are the md5_mismatch, resolution_mismatch and source_smaller tags and we as a community will have to fix that. Not because we have to, but because we want to.

The source field has a very simple and straightforward purpose; Where does an image/video come from?
This can be a link to a file sharing website, a post on social media, or even raw text like Commissioner Upload

So, with that in mind:
The Twitter source is 13.5 MB and 1280x720
The Mega source (from the commentary) is 118 MB and 1920x1080
Where does this 60MB 1080p version come from?

Feel free to throw the link in a reply, then I'll happily fix the source and comment fields for you.

Okay, whatever's going on here, attacking someone for contributing to the site is uncalled for from someone who's been here 14 years and contributed enough to have earned Contributor status themselves.

If your sources aren't matching the posts you upload, that's a problem. You need to explain where they're coming from if they don't match any of the known sources. I can't believe that needs to be explained to someone who's been here since 2009. More than once, apparently.
