#さかまた飼育日記
《さかまたと同居するってマ？》⑤

翌朝
結局落ち着けず寝つきが悪かったので，少しぼーっとしている。
彼女は自分ちに色々取りに行った。
どうやら本格的に居座るつもりらしい。

そして3日が経ち，
晴れて僕の部屋は汚部屋になった……。

「そんなに散らかしちゃったら，何がどこにあるのか分からないんじゃない？」

遠まわしに言ったつもりだが，機嫌を損ねてしまった。
予想はしていたが，掃除は僕の担当らしい。
ちなみに風呂は入っていない。

さかまたの悲鳴が聞こえた。
バナナの皮を踏んで滑ったみたいだ。

申し訳ないけどなにか見えた。
カーキ色ではなく，かわいいピンクのきわどいやつだ。

その小さな布切れは僕の思考を一瞬で覆いつくした……。
だが，大事なのは色でも形でもない。
真髄は結果から過程を類推することにこそ，あるような気がする。

僕はさっきの発言を全力で詫びた。
これからは彼女のことを信じよう。

当分，この部屋は掃除しないことにした。

《Living Together with Sakamata?》⑤

The Next Morning
I couldn't calm myself down, so I didn't get much sleep. I spent the day pretty much spacing out.
She went back to her place to pick up some things to bring back over here.
It seems she really is set on staying here.

And so, 3 days passed.
My room has officially become a pigsty……。

「If things are scattered around so messily, you have no idea where anything is, right?」

I tried to reprimand her in a roundabout way, but it seems her mood soured regardless.
As expected, cleaning duty falls to me.
Oh, and she doesn't bathe either.

Σ(ﾟ∀ﾟﾉ)ﾉ Kyaa!
I heard Sakamata let out a shriek.
It seems like she slipped on a banana peel.

I ended up accidentally catching a glimpse of something.
Rather than khaki-colored, it was a cutesy yet risque pink one.

That little sliver of cloth clouded my thoughts in an instant……
The important part was neither the color nor the shape.
The essence lies within the mechanism that resulted in this series of events.

I wholeheartedly apologize for what I said before.
From now on, I will choose to believe in her.

For now, I'm not planning on cleaning this room anytime soon.
