I'm not sure what that last untranslated line of Yuugi's ("高い高い?") should translate as, but it's not critical; you can get the gist of the conversation without it.
Credit goes to glasnost for the main bit of the translation (Yuugi's first two lines); I just filled in the easy bits after that.
An oni's reputation of being a kidnapper and devourer of humans is doing Yuugi no favors here, even if she wasn't coming on like "I'm gonna play with that kid, what're you gonna do about it, huh?" In Okuu's mind, even in the best case, she's probably picturing Yuugi tossing the kid about a mile high.

And yuugi was just killing time on that stage.
Aya is stage 4, and they said that a single oni could take over the whole mountain (tengus and kappas).
You cannot concider the stage as a measurement of power, satori its supposed to be really strong but its only a stage 4, Reimu/Marisa are stage 4, alice its stage 3,aya its stage 4.

She's not afraid that Yuugi does something to *her*, but rather to the child. And as she realizes, she can't use her power to protect the child... she's completely defenseless.

Oh look, it's *that* kind of powerlevel argument again.
