めでたしめでたし is sort of equivalent to the English "and they all lived happily ever," isn't it? Well, I translated it as it reads, but someone with more knowledge can feel free to change it to something like that if it's more appropriate in context.

I don't have more knowledge, but I changed it to "happily ever after" because I have the feeling Kotone was about to ditch Jasmine in the last panel.

What about "All's well that ends well"?

Kotone comics are FULL of Dragonball parodies, especially with Mikan.

I think Mikan is actually using her forehead, not her hair.
