At the very least,i'd say she just avoided getting disqualified.I think even if she enjoys beating the life outta people,she'd also like to win while doing so.

Suwako was strong enough to fight a war with Kanako and Sanae's barrier has proven it's worth in the fight against Meiling and Flandre.

Yuuka could have easily won the match, but she took the opportunity to have some fun instead.

Suwako used weaponry and a burning concoction. Yuuka 'basically' fought fair, without such gimmicks. Suwako wasn't as big a cheater as Reisen & Youmu and the Underground team, though. Those two teams broke so many rules it amazes me they weren't disqualified.

And you can't deny Sanae really got a lucky shot on Yuuka. If Yuuka didn't turn around at Cirno Sanae wouldn't have made it to the next round. She probably wouldn't have made it to the hospital either.

Well, in Suwako's case, it helps to be best friends with the tournament organizer.

Even after getting beaten, Yuuka still had the strength to just tear out one of Sanae's teeth. Sanae should be glad she still had a jaw.

Speaking of the ref... where in heck is she? Did she got flattened?

People seem to forget that Yuuka weakened Suwako using Cirno. Everytime Suwako swatted Cirno, the cold weakened her.

You also forgot that she thawed up later in the match. she was just down temporary so Yuuka could have some fun with Sanae alone for the sake of the story

You seem to forget, that she 1: killed Cirno. Her resurrecting instantly saved their team from disqualification. 2: Was stupid enough to do it repedately, even after feeling that something was wrong.

F.I.A., the two lines I changed would be better that way. The first one for actually being correct, and the second one as a better interpretation of the line as a direct translation makes it awkward.

Yukari is shouting that the audience-use barrier won't hold (the motana! is motanai with the "i" cut off like in a shout of urgency/surprise.)

Kanako calling Yuuka with "Hana no" does indeed mean "[subject] of flowers" literally, but she is ordering Yuuka to also help protect the audience, thus I went with "You too, Flowers!" as a more natural interpretation.

lol'd at how Kanako is having a hard time trying to stop Suika when Yuuka's just angry at how Kanako is ordering her.
