To get an idea of the (possible) force of this impact: Kinetic Energy= 1/2 mass x velocity^2. Sakuya can stop time therefor for the sake of argument, she can move at the speed of light. So let's say the mass of her forearm is about (idk) 2.5kg. So .5 x 2.5 x (3.00x10^8)^2= 1.125e17 joules of energy. Or in lbs of force: 8.29757418e16.
